When I loved myself enough I began leaving whatever wasn't healthy.
This meant people, jobs,my own beliefs and habits - anything that
made me feel small. My judgement called it disloyal. Now I see it as self-loving.
by Kim McMillen from her book, 'When I loved myself enough' - www.panmacmillen.com
Kim McMillen's little book is one I sometimes turn to - opening pages at random for inspiration. This is the page I found yesterday. Having not been loved myself enough for most of my life it reminds me to trust myself, and to be courageous.
